Life with a little one can be wonderful and very, very challenging. This open support group welcomes moms who are seeking support, community, and connection during baby's first year. ​​

 

Come together with like-minded women as we explore topics such as: health and wellness, mood changes, relationships, body image, sexuality, bonding with your baby, and more.

Babies 12 months & under are welcome.

​​Nurture Community Support is $10/session. Package rates and sliding-scale options are available.

​

Nurture offers a mutual-aid structure where those who are able may sponsor group sessions for mamas experiencing financial hardship. Women supporting women is the heart of our group's ethic.
